I know about the journey from senior corporate leader to soul sister, because I have traveled it myself.   My 15 year corporate career followed a 5 year career working for the state of Colorado. I was traditionally successful, climbing the corporate ladder, leading big teams of people and high profile projects. Yet, I knew something was missing....

As a Colorado girl, I grew up outdoors. Like many in my generations, we spent summers outside, swimming in the pool, and playing with frogs in the streams. Camping. Skiing. Biking. It brought me joy and reconnection to the earth, and helped me keep my spirit free and wild.    

In my late teens, I began a long relationship with psychedelics, which deepened my relationship with life, the universe, and myself.  And they helped me realize that I’m a BRIDGE…
