Your journey
The power of women coming together in circle is ancient and primal. It is a place where we remember our innate wisdom and connect with the spirit of the Earth.
Preparation Exploration Integration
Sacred Ceremony
The power of ceremony is amplified when we sit in circle with clear intentions, prayer and an open mind and heart. Embark on an exploration of your inner landscape with this ceremony, tailered to explore the light of your soul. We will emphasize thoughtful preparations to set clear intentions and get your mind, body, and spirit ready. Afterward, we will support you in integrating your insights, helping you bring newfound clarity and wisdom into your life beyond this experience.
preparing our minds, bodies, and spirit
gentle hatha yoga
Combining asana, breathwork, and meditation we will release tension, cultivate receptivity, open our bodies and connect to the wisdom within.
art
Using meditation, we will ground ourselves in our deepest knowing to source creative inspiration. We will then use charcoal to explore the contrast between darkness and light, both on paper and within ourselves
embodiment
The stories society has told us about who we are, are reflected in our bodies and voices. Through sound and movement we will break through the shapes that keep us limited.
connection
When we show ourselves and get witnessed for who we are, in a safe space, the light within us expands. You remember that you are the medicine you have been waiting for.
herbal medicine
We will taste and discuss various herbs chosen for your group with the goal of finding allies to use during the weekend and beyond. A custom tea blend will be created to serve our intentions, and this brew will be integrated throughout our work together.
consent & boundaries
Practicing the sacred pause, we tune into our authentic yeses and nos, and embodied ways to express them. When we honor and embody our truths in a group space, flow can move through us in magical ways.
healing foods
We will nourish our bodies with delicious, healthy whole meals, tailored to every participants needs. Each bite a celebration of nature's bounty and our belonging to her.

GUIDING PRINCIPLES
The container we are creating for this experience is founded in these principles:
Space for truth. To live a life of wisdom, we need to slow down enough, and feel safe enough to hear our inner voice. It also means a container that welcomes your authentic self. You do not need permission from anyone to be who you are.
Women uplifting women. Our sense of who we truly are clarifies and grows when our light is mirrored back to us. We believe that being held and witnessed in sisterhood is essential for our becoming as women.
Basking in nourishment. Feminine aspects of our human experience, such as play, creativity and pleasure, are absolutely essential to bring us to balance in the world we inhabit. To claim time for these activities and states is an act of rebellion which allows us to bring wholeness to the world at large.
Ceremony. The way of ceremony takes many shapes, and the core of it trails like a red thread through human history, reminding us that it is essential to our nature. In ceremony, we dip into the unknown, the subconscious and the not-yet-born.
Why we gather:
At the core of us all live exactly who we have always been waiting for. One who knows to surrender to her yearning, who’s power flows from her body and soul, in alignment with nature and all that is. This is the subtle, the feminine, the intuitive.
She is our birthright.
In the global dominant culture, it’s easy to fall into mind traps that keeps us from her: thinking that she is something we reach through trying hard, thinking it is probably impossible to get in touch with her, thinking that self-discovery is a selfish pursuit, and that we need to go it alone, peeking out only when we have it all figured out. These beliefs keeps us in our place. Shedding them frees us.
When women gather, our souls remember that this is not solo work. Witnessed and reflected in community, our our spirit grows to take our true shape. We find ourselves softening into alignment with our spirit, with bodies and nature! Being authentically you is where your wholeness begins.
And from our wholeness, wholeness ripples to everything we are connected to. Through a deep and shared listening to the present moment, we weave. The moment always holds within it the key to your wildest dreams. The work we do on a soul level reflects out into the world we inhabit and the universe at large. You are an essential piece to the puzzle of wholeness. You ARE the medicine the world is waiting for.
Let’s spread the word by giving each other the permission we have waited for.

Cynthia Allen
Certified Nature Connected Coach, Yoga Teacher, Psychedelic Guide
I know the journey from corporate executive to soul sister intimately, because it’s the path I’ve walked myself. For 20 years, I dedicated my life to environmental protection, first working for the state of Colorado, and then climbing the corporate ladder in the energy industry. On this path I achieved traditional success, yet a deep yearning for something more lingered within me.
In 2019, I made a bold decision to leap into the unknown. I left my corporate job and plunged into my inner wilderness, reconnecting with nature, and nurturing my spirit. This included ample time to rest, deprogram limiting beliefs and patterns using mushroom medicine, and explore the healing arts. I emerged from this transition as an Inner Wilderness Guide, equipped with new skills. I am a Certified Nature Connected Coach, Certified Inner Power Yoga Teacher, Guide for psychedelic journeys and Reiki practitioner.
Today, I dedicate myself to guiding others on their unique journeys of self-discovery and reconnection. Through nature connection, mindfulness, hatha yoga, and psychedelic facilitation, I empower people to connect with their inner wisdom. By providing safe, supportive, and insightful guidance, I help individuals cultivate a deeper sense of inner peace, unlock their full potential, and contribute to a more conscious and connected world.

Courtney Hughes
Certified Clinical Herbalist, Certified Nutritionist, Artist
I am a certified clinical herbalist and certified nutritionist, driven by a deep passion for natural health. My conviction lies in the belief that genuine healing originates from within, guided by the profound understanding that the body possesses an infinite capacity to heal. I am dedicated to creating an optimal environment by removing obstacles, allowing the body and soul to not just heal but thrive.
My mission is to empower clients with the knowledge and tools necessary to nurture their bodies, fostering a healthy environment conducive to healing. This commitment permeates every aspect of my work.
Beyond the realm of mixing herbal potions, you will find me in my art studio. Here, I integrate my passion for healing with creativity. Much of my artwork centers around the human body, with a deliberate intention to explore the transformative journey of returning to one's body, delving into embodiment and the profound power it holds.
Through my art and herbal medicine, my purpose is to delve into the multifaceted nature of our physicality.
“And I said to my body. Softly. ‘I want to be your friend.’ It took a deep breath. And replied, ‘I have been waiting my whole life for this.’”

Almina Hodek
Sacred Sisterhood Activator, Community Weaver, Space Maker
I am a reflector and midwife of women’s inherent power, wisdom, and medicine. Inspired by the light I see in women, I facilitate circles, community gatherings, and ceremonies. I also help them launch their soul aligned business website!
At the heart of my work with women lies the essence of community. As a community weaver, I believe the social environment we create has the power to either confine us to current shapes or, when consciously crafted, allowing us to continually flower together into our shared becoming. As we embrace our individual selves, we deepen our connections with others. The sense of belonging weaves itself into our very being, activating new pathways in our minds and allowing us to surrender to the supportive web that holds us.
On a personal note, I am drawn to the creation of beautiful spaces and devote every spare moment to crafting environments that nurture our growth and flourishing. Currently, my passion for community and space manifests in two endeavors: I am a founding member of a new Cohousing community initiative, and I am envisioning a women-owned, women-run retreat center in the mountains of Boulder.

What People Are Saying
Cynthia, Courtney and Almina are very skilled facilitators that take great care to precisely curate a supportive and nurturing space. I continuously felt cared for and safe, and was able to completely surrender to the experience.
