CIRCLE
Psychedelic Integration in Community
A Four-Month Exploration of Self, Nature, and Community
You Have Walked Through The Portal, Now What?
The journey doesn’t end with the ceremony—it begins there. The visions, the insights, the deep remembering… they are gifts, whispering to you from beyond the veil. But how do you carry them forward? How do you weave the wisdom of the unseen into the fabric of your everyday life?
Circle is a sanctuary for integration—a four-month program designed to help you embody the truths revealed in your psychedelic experiences. Through connection with nature, deep self-inquiry, and the magic of community, you will be guided in anchoring your insights, honoring your transformation, and stepping into your becoming.
A Journey Through the Elements
Each month, we will immerse ourselves in the wisdom of a different element, exploring its teachings as a guide for integration:
🔥 Fire – Initiation | Purification | Reclamation
💧 Water – Flow | Deep Feeling | Trust
🌍 Earth – Grounding | Embodiment | Belonging
🌬 Air – Perspective | Expression | Visioning
Through guided exploration of these themes, ritual practices, nature-connection, and the witnessing of our community, you will find support, reflection, and alchemy - all vital elements to allow you to receive the medicine of your journey.

Your facilitators:
Cynthia Allen
Cynthia is a former corporate leader turned Inner-Wilderness Guide, bridging structure and surrender, ambition and alignment, logic and intuition. After two decades in government and corporate leadership, she traded boardrooms for sacred circles, rediscovering freedom in nature, psychedelics, and holistic healing.
As the founder of Rooted Truth Coaching, she leads individual and group psilocybin retreats, helps people heal and transform through microdosing and nature connection, mentors seekers on the path to self-discovery, and teaches yoga. A Certified Nature-Connected Coach, Reiki practitioner, psychedelic facilitator, and yogi, she blends ancient wisdom with modern insight. Her Hatha yoga practice, rooted in over two decades of study, merges movement, breath, and energy to cultivate presence and embodiment. Passionate about helping others shed the veil of not-enoughness, she guides people back to their true nature through self-love, embodiment, and earth-based wisdom.
Almina Hodek
Almina is a community weaver, space holder, and creative, passionate about the power of groups to help us become more of ourselves.
Through her own challenging psychedelic experiences, she knows in her bones that meaningful, safe, and positive journeys don’t just happen by themselves. For the past eight years, her mission has been to bring greater intention and awareness to psychedelic spaces—emphasizing set and setting, consent, care, beauty, prayer, and ritual.
Her favorite thing in the world is witnessing how, through collective integration, one person’s healing becomes collective healing—and the other way around. As we heal, we naturally find our unique and essential place within the ecosystem of life—we come to know why we are here and that we belong. In a thriving community, the ecosystem becomes whole, and the gifts we are meant to give and receive flow effortlessly.
Almina is also a practicing writer and is currently launching a women’s writing community and publication.
“Psychedelics show us the door, but we must walk through it together.”
